How to use
Take a rubbery tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin. To be taken in anticipation of a sleep period of at least 6 hours.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
