Zincodyn zinc and selenium supplement 56 tablets

Food supplement based on bisglycinate zinc and high impact L-selenomethionine due to its characteristics:

Components
Zn chelated with AA glycine.
Chelated zinc has better absorption than cationic forms (EFSA Journal (2008) 718, 15-26); absorption occurs in a larger part of the small intestine.
L-selenomethionine: organic form, left-handed raceme. The bioavailability of L-selenomethionine is 1.5-2 times greater than other forms of selenium. It is incorporated and reused 3 times more and longer than inorganic forms.

How to use
1-2 tablets a day, at any time of the day.
