Treatment of skin ulcers of various origins, with slowing of healing, with medium or abundant exudate, both cleansed and colonized, whether they are flat or cavity. The product is not indicated on escare. Do not use on overt infection. In colonized lesions it is effective when combined with an antibacterial secondary dressing. Vulnamin SPW is an interactive dressing based on sodium hyaluranate and amino acids aimed at promoting the formation of granulation tissue and tissue regeneration.
Vulnamin SPW favors the production of granulation tissue and therefore an acceleration of the reparative processes. It assists the process of reintegration of the cells that form collagen with consequent reconstruction of the connective tissue. Promotes the elimination of necrotic tissues, protects the integrity of the skin. Clean wounds with slowing of healing, with medium or abundant exudate.

How to use
Wash and cleanse the wound. Sprinkle the powder on the wound bed. Use secondary dressings capable of absorbing exudate avoiding maceration phenomena. In case of particularly extensive lesions, it is possible to use more bottles in order to cover the affected surface. The frequency of medication varies between 2 and 3 times a week.

Sodium hyaluronate, glycine, L-proline, L-leucine, L-lysine HCl.

Warnings
Before making any dressing, you need to wash your hands well.
Remove any foreign material with physiological solution. It is possible to swab the wound with sterile gauze to remove any excess blood.
It is contraindicated in case of known hypersensitivity to the components. It is contraindicated in case of frank injection. There are no known overdose phenomena. There are no known side effects. There are no known interactions with drugs and medicinal substances. Although there are no known side effects in case of pregnancy and lactation, it is appropriate to carry out the application only according to the judgment of the doctor. Vulnamin SPW is a product characterized by good tolerability; however, local reactions may rarely occur, due to hypersensitivity phenomena, destined to resolve spontaneously. However, it is advisable to consult the doctor in the matter of contextual pharmacological treatments and / or for a prolonged use beyond six weeks.
