Gum resin represents the important part of the plant, because it contains an essential oil whose main constituents are pentacyclic triterpene acids, called boswellic acids, which are considered the active substances responsible for the characteristic properties of this plant. Boswellia has a soothing activity capable of relieving painful symptoms due to localized tension.
The extract of the chaste tree fruit helps to counteract menstrual cycle disorders.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

How to use
The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day to be taken with a little water. It is recommended to take the product in the 7-10 days preceding the onset of the menstrual cycle and until the end of menstruation.
