What Tisana Kelèmata is and what it is used for
Herbal tea kelèmata is indicated in the short-term treatment of occasional constipation.

How to take Kelèmata tea
Put 1-2 teaspoons of the product in a teacup; pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
The herbal tea should be taken cold or lukewarm, possibly sweetened.
To be taken preferably in the evening before a meal.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
Contraindicated in children under 10 years of age.

Warnings
Generally contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.
