How to use
After washing your hands, remove the applicator from its packaging.
The applicator consists of two tubes, one inserted into the other. You have to stretch the applicator, pulling the inner tube outwards until you hear a click. Now you can insert the tampon.
Place the rounded tip of the external tube over the vaginal opening.
Point the tampon towards your lower back.
While holding the applicator tight on the ribbed rings, push the inner tube completely into the outer tube with your index finger and the tampon will be inserted in the correct position in the vagina.
Carefully remove the two tubes. The cord for removing the tampon will hang on the outside. If the tampon bothers you, it means that it has not been inserted correctly. Remove it and try inserting a new one. Discard the tubes and wrapping in a waste container. Don't throw them in the toilet.
When you are ready to remove the tampon, relax and pull the removal cord down, following the same angle used for inserting the tampon. The tampon is biodegradable and can be thrown down the toilet or wrapped in paper and thrown in the garbage can.
