Magnesium
It is a fundamental nutrient, which helps produce essential energy for the body. It participates in the metabolism of sugars, proteins, fats and carbohydrates, in the acid-base balance, fights allergies, inflammation, is an excellent cardioprotector and stimulates the formation of antibodies.
Its action acts directly on the body, promoting a correct and efficient activity of enzymes, which we know are the catalysts of certain fundamental chemical reactions in the body.
One of the most important tasks that magnesium has is to regulate the levels of calcium taken and to promote its correct absorption. Calcium and magnesium work synergistically to control muscle action; when the right amount of magnesium is not entered in the body, the muscles remain contracted giving rise to cramps.
Magnesium is a totally safe mineral, in fact, by taking in excess, the body will retain the necessary quantity, eliminating the rest.
The intake of powdered magnesium, diluted in hot water, is the ideal formula, due to its bioavailability suitable for everyone, from children to the elderly.
