Dosage and method of use
Swallow 1 vegetarian capsule a day, with water, preferably on a full stomach.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Contraindications
As it contains Ginkgo if you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs, consult your doctor before taking the product. The use of the product during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.
