Magnesium citrate provides in addition to the relaxing properties of the muscles typical of magnesium, those of citrate which is able to support the body in counteracting situations of fatigue. Furthermore, several studies have shown that magnesium citrate physiologically supports the body in counteracting the onset of certain types of kidney stones.
Dosage and method of use
Swallow 2 tablets a day, with water, preferably with meals.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Magnesium (citrate); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; dibasic calcium phosphate; thickener: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; vegetable magnesium stearate; glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose; humectant: vegetable glycerin.
