Vitamin C Ester-C (calcium L-ascorbate); Rice bran oil; Gelatin; Humectant: Vegetable glycerol; Glazing Agent: Yellow beeswax; Emulsifier: Sunflower lecithin; Magnesium (Magnesium Oxide); Glazing agent: Locust bean gum; Zinc (Zinc Oxide); Elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.) pulverized fruit: Echinacea (Echinacea L. Moench) pulverized aerial part; Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus Moench) pulverized root; pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium); Folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid); Biotin (D-biotin); Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride); Coloring: plain caramel; Vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate); Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin); Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol).

How to use:

Swallow 1 to 2 pearls a day, with water, preferably with meals.
