Calcium (carbonate, gluconate, citrate). Magnesium (oxide, citrate, gluconate). Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose. Zinc gluconate. Thickener: Sodium carboxymethylcellulose. Coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Acidity regulator: Citric acid. Anti-caking agents: Vegetable magnesium stearate, Vegetable stearic acid. Humectant: Vegetable glycerol. Dye: Titanium dioxide.

Swallow 2 tablets a day, with water, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Packaged in bottles of 100 tablets.
