SOFARCLEAN product CE. Sterile pressurized physiological solution. Useful for cleansing, irrigating, moisturizing:
• Acute and chronic wounds.
• Intact or damaged skin surfaces.
• Cavities and mucous membranes of every part of the body.
Sofarclean can also be used as a valid adjuvant in the debridement of necrotic tissue of crusted wounds.

How to use
• SOFARCLEAN with blue nozzle, strong jet, is recommended in the systematic cleaning of acute and chronic wounds, before applying the dressing. Thorough cleaning, by irrigation with SOFARCLEAN, allows an appropriate dressing of the lesions, without having to resort to disinfectants.
• SOFARCLEAN with white nozzle, with vaporized jet, is instead suitable for moisturizing, irrigating or cleansing in a mild way: nostrils, throat, mouth, ear, ano-genital areas, minor and superficial wounds, dermatological lesions of various etiology.
Before applying the vaporized jet, it is recommended, each time, to dispense some solution elsewhere, in order to clean the nozzle.
