Psillyum fiber food supplement with sweetener. The Plantago Ovata contained in Plantalax 3 has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action (digestive system). It contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit and to the formation of stools of normal consistency and volume.

10 mg (equal to 300 GaLU)

How to use
Adults and children over 12 years: one sachet two to three times a day, immediately before meals. Pour the contents of one sachet into a large glass, add non-carbonated water (200 ml), mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately. Any increase in consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is a characteristic of Plantalax 3. Since the psyllium fiber could delay the intestinal absorption of drugs, interpose a period of at least 2 hours between taking Plantalax 3 and that of medicines.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
