Elastomull is an elastic fixation bandage for dressings, soft and delicate for an application that does not form folds. It is made of natural fibers that ensure the absorption of moisture and sweat, to dress the skin in a pleasant way and minimize itching under the bandage. Elastomull has an extra flexible structure and a porous texture that remain firm in the position in which it has been applied even for long periods, ideal for the most mobile parts of the body. It does not contain resins or latex or other allergens to reduce the risk of allergy. Elastomull is 4 m long and 6 cm thick.
