Thanks to the central action of lemon balm and passion flower, scientifically proven, and to the synergy with the other components, SedaNam helps the body to fight anxiety and stress; it also promotes a correct night's rest.
Daytime relaxation: in cases of anxiety, irritability, ortho-sympathetic syndromes, psycho-motor agitation, manager and student stress, gastro-intestinal disorders of nervous origin, hunger crises in controlled eating regimes.
Night rest: in sleep disorders and insomnia.
The active components of SedaNam tablets are obtained from fresh plants. This choice allows to avoid the drying process, thus allowing to keep highly active all the principles of the plants used.

How to use
For daytime relaxation: take 1 tablet 1-2 times a day.
For night rest: take 2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime.
