Vaginitis of an infectious nature or caused by inflammatory stimuli also sexually transmitted or, attributable to iatrogenic causes with particular reference to certain drugs used in anticancer chemotherapy, are all conditions characterized by states of mucocutaneous hyper-reactivity frequently associated with edema, a sense of tension, vaginal discharge, localized and generalized discomfort, district hyperalgic states.
Thanks to its components, Saginil Lavender contributes to the maintenance and / or restoration of the morpho-functional integrity of the vaginal mucosa.
Adelmidrol controls the recurrence phenomena that frequently arise following vaginitis of different etiology.
The biological technology ALIA (Autacoid Local Injury Antagonism), in fact, allows to intervene effectively on the mucosal reactivity both in terms of normalization of the pro-inflammatory mediators, and by modulating the secretory behavior of the mucosal mast cell which, through the mucosal channels, exposes itself towards the vaginal cavity.
Phytosphingosine exercises synergistic control of any microbial component ensuring a protective action on the vaginal mucosa.
Tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E) ensures the control of oxidative stress associated with mast cell hyper-reactivity. The polyvinyl alcohol and the sodium hyaluronate allow, in combination, a good mucoadhesion of the lavender and therefore an optimal efficacy of the Adelmidrol on the mast cell target.

Indications
Ready-to-use vaginal lavage at physiological pH, normalizing vaginal mucocutaneous reactivity.
Particularly indicated in the course of vaginitis of different etiology, in the post-coital phases, after trans-vaginal surgical manipulations, in the post-partum and posi-menstrual phases.
We recommend using a bottle of lavender 2-3 times a week or according to the Specialist's instructions.

How to use
Wash your hands thoroughly. Shake the bottle before use.
Remove the protective cap by bending it sideways to break the safety seal (1).
Extract the linen cannula when it stops and tilt it to facilitate insertion (2).
Insert the cannula into the vagina and squeeze the bottle until completely empty.

Warnings
Store the product at room temperature.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
The product is not indicated for subjects already sensitized to the components present in the formulation.
Use preferably by the date indicated on the packaging.
