Rinofluimucil Nasal Spray 1%+0.5% N-acetylcysteine Rhinitis 10ml

It is a nasal spray based on N-Acetylcysteine and Tuaminoheptane sulfate for the treatment of rhinitis, sinusitis and nasal congestions. Rinofluimucil is indicated in the treatment of acute and subacute rhinitis, chronic and muco-crusted rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis and sinusitis. Rinofluimucil in nasal spray contains: active ingredient - N-Acetylcysteine and Tuaminoheptane sulfate; Excipients - Benzalkonium chloride, dithiothreitol, sodium edetate, dibasic sodium phosphate, monobasic sodium phosphate, sodium hydroxide, alcohol, hypromellose, 70% sorbitol, natural mint flavor, purified water. Rinofluimucil frees the nostrils and nasal cavities by dissolving excess mucus; moreover, it decongests the inflamed nasal mucous membranes. N-acetylcysteine exerts an intense mucolytic and fluidifying action on the phlegm, depolymerizing the protein complexes and nucleic acids that make it viscous; it also has an antioxidant action that inhibits oxidizing radicals and increases the defense mechanisms of the respiratory membranes. Tuaminoheptane sulfate decongests the nasal mucosa through a vasoconstrictive action without evident systemic effects. DOSAGE Adults: 2 sprays per nostril, 3-4 times a day. Children: 1 pump per nostril, 3-4 times a day.
