This rustic loaf from Giuliani's Giusto line is a fragrant bread prepared with selected gluten-free flours and enriched with sunflower seeds on the surface. The dough of the rustic loaf is naturally left to rise for 16 hours for an absolutely tasty result. The long leavening and the convenient freshness-saving packaging keep the loaf good and crunchy for a long time.

Natural yeast (water, rice flour, corn starch, buckwheat flour, salt, Lb. sanfranciscensis, Lb. plantarum), water, sunflower seeds 5.4%, potato starch, corn starch, humectant: glycerol ; inulin, sunflower oil, 3.2% olive oil, egg white, soy protein isolate, sugar, brewer's yeast, thickener: xanthan gum; glucose-fructose syrup, salt, thickener: guar gum; emulsifiers: soy lecithin, mono- and diacetyl tartaric esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; aroma, alpha-amylase.
