Psyllogel fiber Indications

Dosage and method of use
- With water: pour the contents of a sachet or measuring cup into a soft drink glass (200 ml), fill with still still water, mix well (for a few seconds) and drink immediately. Any increase in consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is a characteristic of the excellent qualities of Psyllogel®fibra; if necessary, adjust the consistency of the preparation by further increasing the amount of water.
- With other foods (yogurt, milk, milkshakes, juice, fruit juice, smoothies, homogenized fruit, semolina): add the powder to the food and mix well. Then drink a glass of water.
Normally it is taken from 1 to 3-4 doses (sachet or measuring cup) per day, at any time of the day.
