6 billion live and viable probiotic bacteria: Saccharomyces boulardii; 8.5 billion live probiotic bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM, Lactobacillus paracasei Lpc-37, Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07, Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-04; blackberry leaf extract (Rubus fruticosus), 50 IU of vitamin D (25% AR).

How to use
Probactiol Duo can be taken at any time of the day either on a full stomach or on an empty stomach. The recommended way of use is 2 capsules per day. The capsule can also be opened and the contents dissolved in water or other beverage.
