Physiomer Iper Spray dissolves mucus and facilitates its removal without drying or irritating the nose thanks to its hypertonic formulation with sea water. The spray:

How to use

1 to 3 sprays in each nostril, at least 3 times a day. Place your head over the sink or in the shower and tilt it to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the dispenser firmly for 2 or 3 seconds. Leave the solution to act for a few seconds. Repeat with the other nostril by turning the head to the other side and blowing the nose gently. Rinse the nozzle with hot water after each use and dry well. Put the nozzle back on the bottle by pressing gently. For cases of allergic rhinitis or sinusitis in adults and children over 6 years of age.
