Other ingredients: maltodextrin; cellulose; polyvinylpyrrolidone, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) essential oil; cornstarch; mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; soy lecithin; magnesium stearate.

How to use
Take 2 - 3 tablets the night before bedtime, with plenty of water (at least three glasses).
