Ingrediants
Arginine 1 gram; lactobacillus plantarum 40 billion CFU; streptococcus termophilus 6 billion CFU; lactobacillus casei 5 billion CFU; lactobacillus acidophilus 2.5 billion CFU; bifidobacterium longum 0.8 billion CFU; short bifidobacterium 0.8 billion CFU; infantis 0.8 billion CFU; lactobacillus bulgaricus 0.25 billion CFU; pure curcumin 190 mg; zinc (zinc gluconate) 12 mg (80% RDA); folic acid 300 µg (150% RDA); vitamin D 7.5 µg (150% RDA).

How to use
4 capsules per day (two for breakfast and two for lunch). In aperiodic allergies, cycles of intake every other month are recommended.
