Indications
Unlike other thickeners, Nutilis is optimal for its amylase resistance property. This ensures that thickened foods and liquids have the same consistency throughout the swallowing phase, avoiding the formation of liquid in the mouth. Nutilis does not alter the taste of thickened foods and drinks. Food and drinks thickened with Nutilis can also be chilled, chilled and reheated without alteration. For best results with Nutilis, it is important to remember that the appearance and presentation of the food are essential for palatability.

Dosage and method of use
Pour the drink / food into the shaker Add the recommended amount of Nutilis Screw the lid and shake vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved (about 5 - 10 seconds). Slowly shake the mixture for 1/2 minutes. Let it rest for a few minutes so that the drink / food reaches the desired consistency. At this stage, do not add any further product as the drink / food continues to thicken progressively. To mix, as an alternative to the shaker, you can also use a whisk or a fork. Hot drinks / food: Allow the drink or food to cool slightly before thickening. Cold drinks / food: leave the drink or food at room temperature for a few minutes before thickening. Carbonated drinks: stir the drink until it is degassed before thickening it

To obtain the right consistency, it is easier to thicken the drink / food with a greater quantity of Nutilis, rather than gradually adding Nutilis to the liquid to be thickened.
