Nizoral Crema is used in the treatment of Candida and dermatophyte skin infections (tinea corporis, cruris, manus, pedis, versicolor) and in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis.

Dosage and method of use

Nizoral Cream is administered according to the following doses: one application per day, without occlusion.

The normal treatment durations are as follows.

Yeast and T. versicolor: 2-3 weeks. T. cruris: 2-4 weeks. T. corporis: 3-4 weeks. T. pedis: 4-6 weeks. Seborrheic dermatitis: apply once or twice a day depending on the severity of the infection for 2-4 weeks. For maintenance therapy, apply once or twice a week. The treatment should be continued uninterrupted at least until a few days after the symptoms disappear. If no improvement in clinical symptoms is noted after 4 weeks of treatment, the diagnosis should be reconsidered. It is advisable to apply hygienic measures to avoid sources of infection and reinfection. Usually, the action of the product on itching is very rapid. The product can be used by adults. Special warnings

The product is not for ophthalmic use.
