Xailin
Night product CE 0120, class IIa.
Sterile, multidose, preservative-free, white, translucent, translucent, sterile lubricating ophthalmic ointment, free from foreign material, for nocturnal relief from the sensation of dry eyes. It offers strong nighttime calming relief from dry eye sensation, as it acts as a barrier against moisture loss. Ideal before bedtime. Lubricating ophthalmic ointment that offers relief from dry eye symptoms such as pain, irritation or a gritty sensation. Dry eye symptoms occur as a result of ocular surface disorders which can be caused by a number of different reasons, where normal tears are of poor quality or produced in too little quantity to keep the eye sufficiently moist. There is no age limit for using Xailin Night lubricating ophthalmic ointment and it can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

How to use
Apply a thin strip of ointment about 1 cm to each eye as often as needed, as follows:
Before opening a new package of Xailin Night lubricating ophthalmic ointment, make sure that the safety ring on the tube cap is not broken.
1. Turn the cap counterclockwise to break the seal.
2. Wash and dry your hands well before use.
3. Remove the outer cap.
4. If you have contact lenses, remove your lenses.
5. Tilt your head back and look up.
6. Gently pull the lower lid of the eye down to form a small pocket between the lid and the eye.
7. Hold the tube between the thumb and middle finger of the other hand, turn the tube upside down towards the eye and try not to touch the eye with the applicator.
8. Apply enough pressure to the tube to release a 1cm thin strip of ointment, or as directed by your doctor, pharmacist or optician.
9. Close and reopen the eye a couple of times.
10. If your eye is not centered, insert another strip of ointment.
11. Carefully wipe off any excess Xailin Night around the eyelid with a tissue.
12. Repeat the process for the other eye if necessary.
13. Replace the outer cap on the container, trying not to touch the applicator tip with any foreign body, including the eye or fingers.
14. Allow at least 30 minutes to elapse between administrations of other ophthalmic drugs.

Warnings
Do not use if the snap ring on the tube cap is broken. Do not use in case of allergy to lanolin alcohols or to any of the excipients. Do not use with contact lenses. Do not share Xailin Night lubricating ophthalmic ointment with other people. Xailin Night lubricating ophthalmic ointment may cause a momentary mild burning sensation and / or blurred vision after application. Wait until your vision is clear before driving or operating machinery. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. For external ophthalmic use only, do not ingest.

storage
Store between 1 and 25 ° C. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the package or stamped on the edge of the tube. Discard contents 28 days after first opening.
