Oromucosal spray with nicotine for 150 sprays with mint aroma.
NicoretteQuick is a 150 puff solution that relieves the craving for nicotine and withdrawal symptoms associated with quitting smoking. This treatment is called Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).
Nicorettequick relieves nicotine withdrawal symptoms, including the craving to smoke and the symptoms that occur when you stop smoking. When you suddenly stop supplying tobacco nicotine to your body, you experience different types of unpleasant sensations known as withdrawal symptoms. Nicorettequick allows you to prevent or reduce these unpleasant sensations and the desire to smoke by continuing to supply a reduced amount of nicotine to the body for a short period of time. Nicorettequick does not contain tar, carbon monoxide or other toxins found in cigarette smoke. To increase the chances of quitting smoking, you should also, if possible, turn to competent figures for support and advice.
Phase 1: Weeks 1 to 6
Use 1 or 2 puffs instead of the cigarette you would usually smoke or when you have the desire to smoke. First dispense one puff and, if the desire does not disappear after a few minutes, dispense the second puff. If 2 disbursements are required, it will be possible to dispense 2 consecutive disbursements in the future. For most smokers this means 1 or 2 puffs every 30 minutes or 1 hour. For example, if you smoke an average of 15 cigarettes a day, you should have 1 or 2 puffs at least 15 times throughout the day. Do not use more than 2 puffs at a time or 4 puffs per hour over a 16 hour period. The maximum dose is 64 puffs over 16 hours in any 24 hour period.
Phase 2: Weeks 7 to 9
Start reducing the number of daily deliveries. By the end of week 9, he must have halved the average number of daily puffs used in phase 1.
Phase 3: weeks 10 to 12
Continue to reduce the number of puffs per day, so that no more than 4 puffs per day are used in week 12. When the number of puffs has been reduced to 2-4 per day, you should stop using Nicorettequick.
After stopping treatment, it may be tempting to start smoking again. Save the residual spray, as this may cause a sudden desire to smoke. If you feel the urge to smoke, use a puff or two if the first doesn't work within a few minutes. Nicorettequick should normally be taken for a period of between 3 months and a maximum of 6 months. Consult your doctor if you need to use Nicorettequick for more than 6 months.

Care must be taken to avoid contact of the oromucosal spray with the eyes during administration. If the spray gets into your eyes, rinse well with water.
If you smoke a cigarette at the same time as taking Nicorettequick, a nicotine overdose may occur. If a child takes Nicorettequick or if you have used more Nicorettequick than you should, contact your doctor immediately or go to the nearest hospital. Doses of nicotine tolerated by adult smokers during treatment can cause severe symptoms of poisoning with even fatal outcomes in children. Symptoms of overdose are nausea, vomiting, excessive salivation, stomach pain, diarrhea, sweating, headache, dizziness, hearing impairment and extreme weakness. At high doses, the above symptoms may be followed by low blood pressure, weak and irregular heartbeat, difficulty breathing, excessive fatigue, circulatory collapse and generalized seizures. If you have any further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Nicorettequick can cause the same side effects as other forms of nicotine. If your doctor has recommended the use of Nicorettequick, the spray should be taken immediately after breastfeeding and not in the 2 hours prior to breastfeeding. Smoking increases the risk of infertility in women and men. The effects of nicotine on fertility are unknown.
