How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day, in the morning as soon as you wake up and on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before taking any food, drug or other supplement, with a glass of water. If you need additional energy for the late afternoon or evening, you can also take another tablet. It is important that the intake of the product is continued for at least one month. On average, optimal efficacy is found after two to four weeks of continuous use.
