HOW TO USE THE MOTTO PATCH

Patch Motto is a pain reliever and anti-contracture patch with microelectric functioning. In contact with the moisture of the skin it generates a slight continuous current that relaxes the muscles, dissolving the contracture. In this way it eliminates or relieves pain quickly, without side effects and without the use of narcotics.
The patch maintains its action and effectiveness for 10 days after application. Kept in a closed package at room temperature, it can be kept for an unlimited time, while if the package has been opened, it remains effective for at least six months.
The package contains two patches of 5 × 15 cm, to be cut to the desired sizes. In fact, depending on the size of the area to be treated, each Motto Patch can be easily cut into three pieces of 5 × 5 cm or ten pieces of 3 × 5 cm. In this way, one patch will be sufficient for continuous use of 1-2 months. As specified below, in case of application on particular parts, cutting the Motto Patch in a circular shape may be more appropriate.

Instructions for use: cut a 3-5 cm piece, remove the protection and apply the Motto Patch on the painful part, on clean and dry skin.
It can be used simultaneously in several places. For example, in the event that the pain extends over the entire leg, it is recommended to apply it not only on the point of greatest pain in the limb, but also on the respective nerve center of the spine, the last lumbar vertebra. In case of pain of the same type in the arm, apply a Motto Patch also between the shoulder blade and the spine.
To apply better and activate the patch as soon as possible, warm it up for a few seconds with light hand pressure.
Wear it for 1-14 days and, if the pain does not subside, change it and continue the application.
The patch is water resistant, it does not hinder the cleaning of the body, but it is good to avoid strong rubbing.

Using the Motto Patch (see numbering on the drawing):

- In case of migraine (1) apply patches of Ø 3 cm on the temples, patches of 5 × 4 cm on the cervical vertebrae.
- In case of toothache and sensitive teeth (2), dental treatment, gingivitis or sinusitis, apply a plaster with a diameter of 2-3 cm on the cheek: in 20-40 minutes the pain will significantly decrease. In the case of particularly severe and persistent pain, consult your dentist for appropriate analgesic treatment.
- In case of extracardiac pain (heart area) (4) apply 3 × 5 cm patches above the collarbone, on the carotid artery and in the painful area.
- In case of biliary tract diseases (6) and kidney pains (19) use 5 × 5 cm patches.
- In case of low blood pressure (8) apply a 3 × 5 cm patch on the inside of the wrist, just above the hand.
- In case of menstrual pain (9) apply two 2 × 5 cm patches on the painful area.
- In case of contracture of the jaw muscles (trismus) apply a 2-3 cm plaster on the jaw joint near the ear or on the painful area.
- Use a 5 × 5 cm patch on muscle contractures resulting from incorrect posture, sleeping or playing sports.
- To facilitate sleep (14), to decrease the pulse by 4-6 beats, apply a 3 × 5 cm plaster in the internal dimple of the malleolus
- Against rhinorrhea (23) apply patches with a diameter of 1cm on the joints of the thumb and index finger on both hands (4 patches in total).
- If you have chronic pain in your knees and hips (10, 11, 22), you may need to wear the patch continuously. In case of convulsions or nreumatic pains, the pain subsides in 1-10 days.
- In case of varicose pain (12) it is effective within about 40 minutes but only relieves the pain.
- In case of pain in the arms or shoulders (17) apply 5 × 5 cm patches on the painful area and 3 × 5 cm between the spine and shoulder blades. After the pain subsides, it is recommended to wear the patch for a few more days.
- In case of pain in the hip joints (22) apply 5 × 5 cm patches on the outside of the buttocks, and on the inner upper part of the thigh (10) (adductor muscle).
- In case of tingling or widespread pain in several places on the legs (22) apply a 5 × 5 cm patch on the outside of the buttocks.
- In case of low back pain or other back pain and disc herniation (21) apply a 5 × 5 cm patch to the painful area.
- In case of fractures of the limbs, ribs etc., apply a plaster in the painful area and after removing the plaster apply several 4 × 5 cm patches below and above the fracture to help the movement of the muscles and the welding of the bones .
- Decreases pain from injuries and bruises, accelerates the absorption of bruises.
- With the use of the patch, the inflammation of the tendon sheath stops quickly.
- The application of 5 × 5 cm patches on the pain area helps to tolerate the pain caused by cancer.
