Topical solution indicated for the treatment of molluscum contagiosum, a viral infection caused by the Molluscipox Virus. The action of the product, based on a 5% solution of Potassium Hydroxide (caustic Potash), is expressed in dissolving the cells infected by the mollusk virus, generating an inflammatory response reaction, whose resolution leads to the disappearance of the virus itself. The preventive diagnosis relating to the presence of the molluscum contagiosum virus must always be performed before carrying out a treatment with the product.

How to use
Apply morning and evening exclusively and in a limited way on the pupules of the molluscum contagiosum using the special spatula applicator and allow to dry well, in order to prevent the product from spreading on the surrounding healthy skin. Pay attention to having affected all the papules present during the application. Put the spatula back into the bottle containing the solution after treating 3-5 papules.

Warnings
The product contains a potentially corrosive alkaline agent (caustic potash) and therefore it is recommended to carefully avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, damaged skin. If the product comes into contact with the eyes or with unaffected areas of skin, rinse thoroughly with running water for at least 15 minutes and then seek medical attention. External use. Do not swallow.
In particular, pay attention:
• that the bottle is always kept in an upright position;
• that there is no excess solution on the spatula, possibly passing it on the internal surface of the bottle opening;
• that the product is well closed and out of the reach of children .
