Food supplement based on vitamins, magnesium and taurine, in single-dose sachets. It is a complete formulation based on magnesium to be used in situations of stress (folate), fatigue (folate, magnesium, vitamins B6, B12) and in case of muscle fatigue (magnesium, vitamin D). The magnesium salt used, magnesium glycerophosphate, has been shown to have excellent gastrointestinal tolerability.

Ingrediants
Magnesium glycerophosphate (1800 mg), aromas: citric acid, powdered orange juice and citrus aromas, taurine, sweetener: steviol glycosides, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vit. B6), calcium L-methylfolate (vit . B9), methylcobalamin (vit. B12), cholecalciferol (vit. D3).

How to use
1 sachet per day to dissolve in a glass of water (150) and mix well.
