What Metazen contains 30 Tablets

• L-tryptophan: the only precursor of Serotonin. • Magnesium and Vitamin B9 (folate, Metafolin®): important cofactors for the synthesis of serotonin. Magnesium is the mineral with muscle relaxant activity.
