Night formula (blue capsule): valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L. , root) dry extract *, capsule (food gelatin, colors: E171, E132), magnesium hydroxide, red clover ( Trifolium pratense L. , flowers) dry extract * titrated 8% total isoflavones, passion flower ( Passiflora incarnata L. , flowered aerial parts) dry extract *, soy ( Glycine max Merr. , seeds) dry extract titrated to 40% isoflavones, kudzu ( Pueraria lobata Ohwi. , root ) dry extract titrated at 40% in isoflavones, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; coenzyme Q10, melatonin, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

How to use
1 yellow capsule in the morning and 1 blue capsule in the evening, after meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not take during pregnancy, lactation, under 12 years and in case of known or suspected allergy to one or more of the components. For the use of the product in case you are taking drugs at the same time, it is advisable to consult the doctor.
