Mederma Gel Indications Topical gel for scars. The proactive gel-based formula effectively reduces redness and makes scars softer, smoother and more elastic. Mederma is easy to apply and has a pleasant smell. Constant daily use visibly reduces scars. It can be used safely by anyone, including children and the elderly.
Dosage and method of use Mederma gel should be applied and massaged gently on the scar at least twice a day. The clear gel is non-greasy and can be hidden with makeup. Use regularly for at least 8 weeks on new scars and for 3-6 months on old scars.
Features No product can make scars disappear completely, but mederma gel can visibly reduce scars caused by accidents, surgery, wounds or burns. The proactive gel formula contains a special combination of the active ingredients cepalin, allantoin and aloe vera, which improves the color, texture and general appearance of the scar. For a nearly invisible scar, it is advisable to start mederma treatment as soon as the wound has closed or stitches have been removed. On older scars you can start immediately.
Warnings For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply on open wounds. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical attention. Keep out of reach of children.
