• Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the reduction of fatigue and to normal muscle function. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, psychological and muscular function, having a physiological muscle relaxant and soothing action;
• N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine, is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland or epiphysis and regulates the circadian rhythm. Since the dark, on the other hand, stimulates its release, N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine peaks at night and much lower values during the day;
• Griffonia, a shrub of central and western Africa, is rich in 5-hydroxytryptophan, a precursor of serotonin, which has fibromyalgic effects on anxiety and depression;
• Tryptophan, an essential amino acid, regulates the synthesis of niacin, known as vitamin PP and involved in cellular metabolisms that convert macronutrients into energy.

Method of use and dosage

Take 1 single-dose sachet a day to be taken in the evening before bedtime. Mag Notte can be placed directly on the tongue without water, or it can be dissolved in a cup of hot or cold water. In case of jet lag it is recommended to start taking one Mag Notte sachet before going to sleep on the first day of travel and to continue taking it for a few days after arrival.
