Maritime Pine
The Pycnogenol, oligomeric proanthocyanidin, contained in the Maritime Pine, exerts a powerful anti-inflammatory action similar to that of NSAIDs. In fact, it is able to inhibit lecyclooxygenase and the release of pro-inflammatory mediators. This molecule reduces abdominal pain and cramps associated with dysmenorrhea. It is also useful in case of endometriosis.
Turmeric Phospholipid Meriva®
Curcumin, contained in Turmeric, has a strong anti-inflammatory action determined by the inhibition of cyclooxygenases and lipooxygenases. CurcumaMeriva® is a patented form of release of Curcumin capable of improving the bioavailability, absorption and stability of this molecule.
Magnesium
Clinical studies have shown that the intake of Magnesium is able to reduce the pain associated with PMS. Its integration is also useful in case of muscle tension, which can lead to a muscle cramp.
Shepherd's Purse
The shepherd's purse is traditionally used in the less-metrorrhagia. This plant has a haemostatic action determined by the vasoconstrictive action and is therefore able to regulate the menstrual flow.
It does not contain gluten, lactose and glucose.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 tablets a day, away from meals.
