Ophthalmic humectant and lubricant solution without preservatives based on sodium hyaluronate 0.2%, product CE 0546.
Due to its wetting and visco-elastic properties it should be used for the lubrication and hydration of the ocular surface, in all cases of irritation and / or dryness due to alterations of the tear film. The single-dose product does not contain preservatives and therefore can also be used by contact lens wearers. Hyalistil Bio provides instant relief and a lasting feeling of well-being.

Components
Sodium hyaluronate; sodium chloride; potassium chloride; monobasic sodium phosphate monohydrate; disodium phosphate dodecahydrate; purified water.

Indications
It is indicated in all cases of ocular discomfort; in particular, it relieves irritation and dryness due to qualitative and quantitative alterations of the tear film or to environmental factors such as pollen, dust, glare, pollution and the use of video screens. Hyalistil Bio is indicated to relieve the symptoms of ocular discomfort resulting from the use of contact lenses. Ensures protection of the ocular surface during abrasion repair processes.

Characteristics and mechanism of action
The product contains sodium hyaluronate, a natural polymer present in various areas of the human body. The particular physical characteristics of this polymer give the solution important viscoelastic properties. Hyalistil Bio covers the surface of the eye and, thanks to its lubricating and moisturizing characteristics, reduces the friction caused by eye movements such as blinking, ensuring protection during the repair processes of the corneal epithelium. Therefore, it guarantees a feeling of lasting well-being and maximum comfort. Hyalistil Bio in single doses does not contain preservatives and is well tolerated.

Dosage and administration
Instill 1-2 drops of product three or more times a day in the conjunctival fornix, as needed.

Instructions for Use
- Before use, make sure that the single-dose container is intact.
- Detach the single dose from the strip.
-Open by turning the top without pulling.
Instill Hyalistil Bio avoiding that the end of the container comes into contact with the eye or with any other surface.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to one of the components.

Precautions and Warnings
Do not touch the end of the open container and do not put it in direct contact with the eye. Do not use the product if the container is open or damaged. Each single-dose container should only be used immediately after opening. Any residue must not be reused as hyalistil Bio does not contain preservatives and the remaining product could become contaminated. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C. Do not use Hyalistil Bio after the expiration date. The administration of Hyalistil Bio to children or people with limited ability must be done by a responsible adult.

Interactions with drugs or other products for ophthalmic use
There are no known interactions of the product with the administration of drugs for ophthalmic use. However, it is advisable not to administer hyalistil Bio at the same time or in any case in the 10 minutes following the administration of drugs or other products for ophthalmic use.
