Epatoguna, the innovative food supplement for liver support

Epatoguna is the new food supplement adjuvant in the treatment of liver function disorders, based on Neorland® freeze-dried intact pig liver , choline and green tea highly titrated in epigallocatechin-3-gallate.

The unique synergistic activity of its active components offers a triple action for the benefit of the liver: liver lyophilisate gives restorative and regenerative support , choline has a detoxifying effect and green tea (titrated at 95% in epigallocatechin-3-gallate ) has an antioxidant and mitigating action of inflammation .

Epatoguna is formulated in controlled release gastroprotected tablets , which protect the active components of the supplement from the action of gastric juices, to release them only in the small intestine, where they are maximally absorbed with a faster and more effective action on the liver.

The active components of Epatoguna

• Neorland® freeze-dried pork liver extract - intact extract from young pigs, controlled and certified for their integrity, it is particularly rich in microvesicles , carriers released by hepatocytes capable of transporting nutrients such as amino acids , proteins , vitamins , trace elements and above all micro RNA , essential for informing liver cells to support their reparative processes.

Thanks to these characteristics, Epatoguna supports the natural reparative, regenerative and trophic action of the liver.

• Choline - essential nutrient capable of preventing intrahepatic deposit of lipids . Numerous experimental studies have shown that a diet low in choline favors the framework of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. In some predisposed individuals, liver damage is particularly significant with the increase in alanine aminotransferase (ALT). The mechanism underlying hepatic steatosis due to choline deficiency is related to the reduced synthesis of very low density lipoproteins.

• Green tea, titrated at 95% in epigallocatechin-3-gallate - has a protective action, demonstrated by several studies, for the liver parenchyma and is able to reduce the markers of inflammation in humans. It is also useful in controlling insulin resistance and able to decrease hepatic triglyceride levels and ALT levels .
