FUTURE Lumbar support belt

How to use
Open the main straps and detach the side straps. Center the support along the lower back, with the support pads on either side of the spine, and place the curved edge of the belt facing down.
Wrap the main straps around your waist and attach the hook over your stomach.
Pull the side straps forward and secure them along the front panels of the stand. Adjust the position of the strap attachment to achieve the right level of support according to your needs.
Warnings
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softener.

Care and washing instructions: Attach all hooks and nails before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
