Freestyle Freedom Lite Blood Glucose Measurement Set

Freestyle Freedom Lite is a blood glucose meter that allows the planning of tests thanks to 4 alarms present as a reminder. Provides results with 7, 14 and 30 day averages. It is equipped with a lancing device with a rounded shape that makes it extremely handy and easy to carry. The test can be performed on the least sensitive parts of the body: finger, hand, thigh, calf, forearm and upper arm.

Indication
Freestyle Freedom Lite must be used in conjunction with Freestyle Freedom Lite test strips.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Store in a cool and dry place away from light, localized heat sources, and sunlight. Read the instructions carefully before using the device. Consult your diabetologist for the correct management of diabetes. Record the date the vial was opened on the label. Throw away the bottle and remaining test strips 3 months after this date. Close the vial tightly immediately after removing the test strip. Do not use the test strips after the expiration date printed on the package as erroneous results may be obtained. Avoid getting dirt, food, or water on the test strips. Do not bend, cut or otherwise alter the test strips. Dispose of the strip properly to avoid contamination of other people.
