How to use It is recommended to take 1 tablespoon (10 ml) 2 times a day. The syrup can be taken pure or diluted in a small amount of a hot drink (water, milk, tea or herbal infusions). The possible presence of sediment is a consequence of the use of natural substances and does not affect their quality. Shake the bottle before use.
