The vegetable broth preparation can be used simply to make a flavorful vegetable broth. The vegetable broth preparation is also excellent as a seasoning to add to condiments, sauces, dishes and soups.

Indication
The lotus flower vegetable broth preparation is an organic product prepared with ingredients coming exclusively from certified organic Italian agriculture. The vegetable broth preparation is a product prepared without yeast. It does not contain GLUMMATE, that is, it does not allow the use of flavor enhancers of any kind.

Warnings
Store the product in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not disperse in the environment after use, to be consumed no later than the expiry date shown on the package. Any allergens present in the product are indicated on the labels which are continuously updated. The detailed list is communicated at the request of the customer as they may vary. It is advisable to seal the resealable package well.

Ingrediants
Natural sea salt, organic non-hydrogenated palm oil, organic miso (organic soy, organic rice, water, salt, koji) organic corn starch, organic dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions 7% (organic onion, organic celery, organic carrot, parsley organic, organic marjoram), organic turmeric.
Without glutamate as required by EC Reg. 834/07 which governs organic products.
