Fior di Loto organic chickpea flour is obtained from chickpeas from exclusively Italian organic farming. The chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) is an ancient legume originating from western Asia, already known and appreciated by Egyptians, Jews, Greeks and above all by the ancient Romans. Today it is one of the most consumed legumes in the world.
The chickpea flour is excellent for making the typical regional recipes or the farinata, the Sicilian panelle, the Tuscan cecina. If added to durum wheat flour, chickpea flour can also be used to prepare delicious baked goods.
Fior di loto chickpea flour is an organic product. It is rich in proteins and fibers which are important for guaranteeing the correct intestinal balance.
Use the chickpea flour as indicated in the recipes of the dishes to be prepared.

Store the product in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Do not disperse in the environment after use, to be consumed no later than the expiry date shown on the package.
