Recommendations for use

Black Venere black rice has a natural aroma and is suitable for accompanying fish, shellfish and meats. It is advisable to pour about 80/100 grams of rice per person in cold water and bring to a boil. Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 40/45 minutes. Venere black brown rice is a versatile rice, ideal for many preparations, from the most elaborate ones such as timbales and salads, to the simpler ones such as pilaf, boiled rice or rice with sauce.
