Kuzu bio Fior Di Loto is a product prepared with ingredients from organic farming. Kuzu is a starch with thickening properties.
Kuzu is a starch with high gelling properties, in fact it can be used alone as a thickener in the preparation of fruit jellies or puddings, flans and creams, or to add a particular taste and aroma to soups, condiments or other.
Kuzu is highly digestible and has an alkalizing action, as it prevents acidosis especially in the blood and gastric juices. It is rich in carbohydrates and minerals and in daidzein, a natural anti-inflammatory and antifungal.
Kuzu is prepared by dissolving one teaspoon for one cup of water in cold water. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring until you have a transparent preparation.
It may contain traces of soy, cereals containing gluten, nuts, sesame seeds
Close the package tightly after use and store in a cool, dry place.
