Fior Di Loto Azuki Rossi are legumes originally from Japan indicated for preparing soups, salty side dishes and salads. They are high in protein and help keep the liver healthy. They are easily digested and low in fat.
The red Azuki from Fior di Loto are Japanese beans from organic farming. These legumes are low in fat and rich in proteins, vitamins, potassium and iron, all elements with beneficial properties for our body. They also promote purification and diuretic functions as they contain molybdenum, an enzyme useful for the liver. Rinse the Azuki beans in plenty of cold water and leave to soak for at least 12 hours. Cook in renewed water equal to three times the volume for about 2 hours in a covered pot.
