How to use

To heat the thermal gel, immerse the bag in boiling water for a maximum of 5 minutes or place it in the microwave for 1 minute at 650 Watts. To cool the bag, leave it in the freezer for 1 hour and a half. Before applying the bag to the body, dry it and wrap it in a clean cloth.
