Indications:
indicated in case of hemorrhoids.

Dosage and method of use:
it is recommended to apply the cream 2-3 times a day.

Features:
- witch hazel is used, both internally and topically, in the subjective manifestations of venous insufficiency and in hemorrhoidal symptoms for its tonic - astringent, vasoregulatory and similar vitamin PP action.
- Horse chestnut seeds have anti-inflammatory, anti-edema activity and similar vitamin PP (decrease in permeability and capillary fragility); in fact, they activate blood circulation and promote venous return. The aescin, contained in the seeds, in addition to increasing the venous tone, has a strong anti-inflammatory activity: it acts in the initial phase of inflammation opposing the formation of edema and normalizes the permeability of the vascular wall that the inflammation has caused.
- The oak bark is rich in tannins which have antiseptic activity, vasoconstrictor action and moderate local analgesic activity. It is used as an astringent in the treatment of hemorrhoids, fistulas and anal fissures, by virtue of its vasoconstricting and healing action.
- Linden buds and Currant buds help reduce itching and discomfort.

Contraindications:
hypersensitivity to the individual components.
