Duoflect Spot-On Pesticide for Cats 1-5 Kg 3 Single-dose Pipettes

INDICATIONS

Treatment and prevention of flea and / or tick infestations. The product can be used as part of a treatment strategy for the control of flea allergy dermatitis (FAD).

Treatment and prevention of flea infestations ( Ctenocephalides spp.): Immediate insecticidal efficacy against new adult flea infestations persists for 8 weeks.

Prevention for 6 weeks after applying flea multiplication by inhibiting flea egg hatching (ovicidal activity) and egg development (and subsequent laying) in adult fleas.

Treatment and prevention of tick infestation ( Rhipicephalus turanicus ).

The product has immediate and lasting acaricidal efficacy for 5 weeks after application.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Do not use in rabbits, as adverse reactions and even death may occur. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.

ADVERSE REACTIONS: Transient aesthetic effects such as a matted appearance, greasy appearance, buildup or slight flaking at the application site may occur.

These changes do not affect the safety or efficacy of the product. If animals lick the product, transient hypersalivation may be observed mainly due to the excipients of the product. If serious adverse reactions or other reactions not mentioned in this leaflet occur, please inform your veterinarian.

TARGET SPECIES: Cats.

DOSAGE FOR EACH SPECIES, ROUTE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

Dosage: One pipette per animal corresponding to the minimum recommended dose of 12 mg / kg body weight (bw) of fipronil and 6 mg / kg bw of (S) -methoprene.

Via: Spot-on.

How to apply:

Disconnect one of the blisters from the blister card. This will prevent accidental opening of the adjacent blister, protecting unopened pipettes from exposure

humidity. Open the blister with scissors. To avoid damaging the pipette, cut along the line marked with the scissors icon.

Carefully open the cut end guard and remove the pipette.
