How to use

Cut along the dotted lines that match the exact shoe size or use another insole as a guide:

Letter A - number 40
Letter B - number 41.5
Letter C - number 42.5
Letter D - number 44
Letter E - number 45
Complete - number 46.5

Place the insole inside the shoe with the gel side down.

Warnings and Contraindications

If necessary, cut to adjust the fit.
Replace the insole when it shows signs of wear, usually after 6 months of constant use.
To clean the insoles, use a soapy cloth.
Do not immerse in water.
